As a courtesy to our clients and therapists, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

• Fees: A fee of $75.00 will be assessed for failure to notify us within the 48-hour window. This same fee applies to "no-shows."
• Credit Card on File: We require a valid credit card to hold all appointments. Information is stored securely in our HIPAA-compliant merchant system.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete necessary clinical paperwork. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule to maintain our daily clinic flow.

• Payments: We accept CareCredit, cash, and all major credit cards. All services must be paid in full at the time of the visit.
• No Refunds: Due to the nature of medical-aesthetic services, there are no refunds or exchanges on services, prepaid packages, gift certificates, or purchased products at any time. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please contact management within 48 hours so we may attempt a clinical remedy.

To maintain a safe and professional environment, Westover Hills Laser Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

• Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, vulgarity, or rudeness.
• Inappropriate Behavior: Services are for therapeutic and aesthetic purposes only. There is NO sexual component to any services. Any inappropriate gesture or conversation will result in immediate termination of the session, forfeiture of fees, and a permanent ban from the practice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, San Antonio, TX.
